I bought these as I
"I bought these as I have a small frying pan in this range that I love. I looked forward to them because the blurb said they were warp proof and we’re finished with the granite nonstick coating and I was so sick of rusty, warped oven trays. In reality they are not fully covered. The backs have already gone rusty and I have only used them a handful of times. They also warp a fair bit when hot so cooking is not evenly distributed as any oils or liquids flow to the lowest point after it’s warped. Overall quite disappointed with these trays. I bought two and they’re both the same. I so wanted to love these as I love my little Baccarat Granite frying pan that does all it claims to do. If these trays were coated back and front with the same coating they’d be fine. An artist doesn’t gesso one side of an unframed picture as the surface will warp and curl. Much the same has happened with these trays. They warp. They rust. The underside scratches easily. The top side of them is great though as far as the top coating goes. I’ve attached pics of the two trays so you can see how unevenly they stack now they’ve been used once or twice each. They’re warped and no longer stack evenly - the gap between them is greater on one side than the other due to this warping, as can be seen in the photos. when they’re hot the warping is far greater and very obvious! :-("
