"If only the little whisk had a magnet to hold it in place, my last one did and it was much easier to rinse out every time it is used"

"This product has too many design flaws making it a poor experience to use. The opening is small, so it is difficult to fit your hand in to fasten the wire whisk attachment to the bottom of the unit. The whisk attachment doesn't fix to the spindle in any way - when you pour the milk into your coffee, the whisk falls into the cup! And the on/off/start buttons are touchy and take several attempts pushing them in just the right way to make the machine start. You also have to put a lot of milk in to allow it to whisk, which is a waste if you are making a single cup."
