"At first I was really impressed with this air fryer and loved that it was a low-tox option. Unfortunately, within just 2 weeks it stopped turning on after only a handful of uses. Pretty frustrating, especially after spending weeks researching which one to buy. Customer service offered a refund but not an exchange, and didn’t provide any reason as to why it failed. It must have been a faulty unit, as they were being heavily discounted."

"Owned 4 mini ovens over 7yrs, last 2 including this recent purchase , with air fryers. None failed , I just upgraded for various reasons and I love them ! Just received this item and have cooked in it once. Cooks well. The basket however does not seem to fit the oven at all not even just sitting on the drip tray at the lowest level. I have had to resort to my previous Sunbeam basket to fit. I am concerned about the flimsy door seal that another reviewer said had failed on her oven. P. s I ordered and received mine directly from Baccarat. On unpacking found the handle of the oven very dented and damaged. On inspection of boxes it arrived in, it was clearly damaged at their warehouse and not by Aus Post."
